Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you find our products defective (broken, chipped or wrong product), please let us know. Our ‘Replacement Policy’ gives you 10 days to exchange an item bought online, with a valid receipt. Beyond 10 days, the return & exchange will not be accepted.
A refund is available only if a replacement is not available and in stock for replacement. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition(in case of wrong product delivered). That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in at the time of purchase. The item must be in the original packaging and returned along with accessories, if any. This includes “free gifts” or “bonus items”. The labels should be intact too.
To complete the refund or exchange process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return the product only to the address mentioned below.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of its status, i.e., whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If the purchase return is approved, then the replacement/refund will be processed, and in case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If in case the payment for standard delivery of the goods has been made, the cost of standard delivery will not be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, due to damage or missing items/items, for reasons not due to the fault of the vendor.
- Any item that is returned, more than 30 days from the date of receipt of items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company,. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless we do not have a replacement to offer and in some cases they are found defective and beyond our control to offer you a replacement.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at care@stonesapphire.com and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter had the order shipped to self,in order to give the gift to the recipient, then the refund will be initiated in favor of the gifter.

with your details and reason for returning.
You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the item(s) is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. We will not undertake any responsibility whatsoever, in case of any transit damage while the product is being returned back to us.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse. You can cancel your order only until your order is not dispatched.
Grievance Redressal
