Shipping Policy

This shipping and Shopping Policy, together with the Terms of Use, describes Corelle policies and procedures towards delivery of Products purchased on the Platforms. We make all commercially reasonable efforts and measures to ensure that the Products are delivered to Users on time.

If on reading the delivery policies, you do not agree to the terms contained in this Shopping Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Shopping Policy and may leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Shopping Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Corelle ships its products pan India. Orders placed will usually be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

There may be a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 100 applicable on all orders below Rs. 1000/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations. For orders above Rs. 1000/-, there will be a free shipping available on most of the locations excluding certain pin codes where there will still be a shipping charge.

1. General Information

    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

    2. Shipping Charges

      We strive to deliver products purchased from Corelle in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the purchases of Rs. 1000* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A nominal shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.

      3. Delivery Location

        Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India. While Corelle aims to provide its services through the Platforms and ensure the delivery of its Products all across India, currently, Corelle has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Products on the Platforms, Users are required to enter their pincode details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their areas. If the area where the User wishes that the purchased Products be delivered is not within Corelle’s recognised delivery network, Corelle will not be able to process the order further.

        4. Change of Address

          You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

          5. Our Logistic Partners

            Corelle partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners"). Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner by Corelle along with the tracking id. The User will also be provided with an estimated day for delivery of the purchased Product on the order confirmation page. Our logistic partner would usually take 1-7 business days depending on the address and pin code provided by the customer. Customer can check the order status by putting the tracking information on the logistic partner’s website.

            6. Shipping Address Details

              Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of the User’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not hold Corelle liable at any point in time. Any change is address after the order is placed on Corelle may be taken at an additional charge. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, no address change request will be entertained.

              7. Non-availability on Delivery

                Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
