  • When cleaning, wipe with a mild detergent in a soft sponge. Do not use nylon scrubbers, abrasive cleaners, abrasive cleansers, etc., which contain abrasives, as it may cause scratches on the glass surface and cause damage.
  • When freezing, frozen food may increase in volume (volume) and may be damaged. When storing frozen foods such as porridge, miso soup, soup, broth, milk and fruit juice, please keep only about 1/2 of the container.
  • Frozen liquid food: coffee and various sauces.
  • The rice contains a lot of water, and it becomes bulky when it freezes. When frozen, please keep the rice at a distance from the glass side. Please put the rice in the form of rice balls and keep it in the middle of the container.
  • Oven heat-resistant glass products can be used in microwave ovens and ovens. However, do not heat the container for too long or without food.
  • Do not pour cold water rapidly into a hot glass container, place it in a cold, damp place, or touch it with a damp cloth, as this may damage the product due to sudden temperature changes.
  • All heat-resistant glassware should not be directly heated to fire. It may cause damage and burns.
  • Do not subject the glassware to sudden temperature changes. To avoid the risk of sudden breakage, do not put liquids into hot glass products. Be sure to put it in the oven before you put it in the oven to avoid sudden temperature changes.

Insulating products

  • Before use, put a soft sponge in a mild detergent and clean the inside of the lid set, the instrument set, the inside of the body, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Also, be sure to check that the lid packing and the mouthpiece packing are properly installed. (It causes the beverage to leak.)
  • Preheating (cooling) can be done more effectively by preheating (precooling) for a minute by putting a small amount of hot water (cold water) into the body in advance.
  • Water may form on the plastic stopper. It is not a malfunction due to the dew phenomenon caused by the temperature difference between the body and the outside air.
  • After use, wash thoroughly with warm water, remove with a soft cloth or sponge, dry thoroughly and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
  • When hot contents are added, heat is transferred to the outer wall of the container.
  • Tannin content in coffee and tea can cause discoloration of the inner wall of the product. In this case, please put the vinegar hot water and wash it. (See below)

* Red rust spots and scrubbing methods During use, red rust spots may be formed inside the body due to water quality or impurities. In this case, leave about 30 minutes with hot water containing about 10% vinegar. Then, clean the inner surface with a soft sponge brush with a handle and use it.

At the moment of opening the product, there is a risk that the lid set will sprang up (or the lid set is broken and splinters will splash), causing the drink to burst. In addition, the contents of the corruption may discolor the inside of the body, or may prevent the effect of thermal insulation and cooling.

  • Do not boil the lid, stopper, side dish, etc. made of plastic in boiling water or apply hot heat directly. The product may be deformed.
  • Do not immerse the thermos bottle and the lunch box lid in water for a long time. Water may enter the lid.
